學生失分唔係聽唔到，而是寫多咗、寫錯詞性、或者抄漏單位。這一堂把「聽」拆成預測、速記、核對三步，讓失分變成可修的習慣。

本堂目標　學生能夠：① 在播放前用詞性與單位預測每格答案；② 用三種速記符號在 75 秒內記下關鍵詞；③ 用三步核對把拼字、單複數、單位錯誤在交卷前捉出。

01　先備知識（開課前 3 分鐘快檢）

以下任何一項未過關，本堂就會卡住，先補該項：

03　講解腳本（照著說就可以）

第一幕：Act 1: Predict before you hear a word

每一格都有文法提示：冠詞 a/an 後面接單數可數名詞，the 後面可以接任何名詞，to 後面接動詞原形，more 後面接形容詞。學生在播放前用鉛筆在格邊寫「N」「V」「Adj」。
Students do: label the part of speech of all 10 gaps in 60 seconds.
Common slip: guessing the meaning instead of the word class, then forcing a wrong answer.

Tutor move: cover the gaps, show only the sentence frame, ask what must fit grammatically.

第二幕：Act 2: Three symbols only

教三個符號就夠：↑ 上升、↓ 下降、→ 導致。再加一個 & 表示 and。唔准寫完整句子，每格最多 3 個字，超過就係抄，唔係筆記。
Students do: take notes through one 75-second gap and compare with a partner.
Common slip: writing full sentences and missing the next two items.

Tutor move: time them out loud; call “pen down” the moment the speaker moves on.

第三幕：Act 3: The check that earns free marks

三步核對：① 拼字（-tion、-ment、雙寫輔音）；② 單複數（a 後面唔可以複數）；③ 單位（$, %, km, minutes）。每一格都返去讀一次成句。
Students do: mark their own answers against the three checks and fix two.
Payoff: the paper is 20 marks, data completion alone is 10, so the other 10 marks reward the same habit.

Tutor move: do the check on a wrong answer in front of them; let them hear the sentence fail.

04　必教題型與步驟

合理性檢查（一定要教）：Every answer must survive the three checks: part of speech, plurality, unit. The task is 10 gaps, 1 mark each, out of a 20-mark paper, and the recording allows about 2.5 minutes across 2 plays. Never accept a note longer than 3 words as an answer.
