To ensure teaching quality, TutorZone offers a ‘Satisfaction Guarantee Trial Lesson Program’:
If you are not satisfied with the first trial lesson, you only need to pay 50% of the original price.
If you continue with the lessons after the trial, the first lesson will be charged at the full price.
If, within half a month, you feel the tutor is not suitable, you can notify a TutorZone staff member. You will only be required to pay for the hours of lessons already taken, and we will arrange a new tutor for you at no extra charge.
If more than half a month has passed, we recommend discussing the situation directly with the tutor.
