After submitting the form on the TutorZone platform, students will immediately receive a confirmation notification via WhatsApp.

TutorZone’s independently developed AI system selects 3 to 5 suitable tutors based on the student’s needs for the student to choose from.

The TutorZone team will manually review these tutors and then recommend them to the student.

Step 4
The student will receive the recommended tutors’ profiles via WhatsApp, including their educational background, teaching experience, self-introduction, and per-lesson fee.

Step 5
Once the student selects their preferred tutor, TutorZone will immediately inform the tutor of the lesson time and tutoring location.

Step 6
Once the tutor has confirmed, TutorZone will notify the student via WhatsApp to complete the confirmation process.

Step 7
One day before the lesson, the student and tutor will receive each other’s contact number to facilitate direct communication.

Last Step
After the official start of lessons, TutorZone will send out a questionnaire to assess the student’s satisfaction with the tutor, for internal evaluation purposes.
