Students or parents should first complete the online registration on the TutorZone platform, providing details such as the student’s subject requirements, proficiency level, teaching preferences, and hourly rate. This ensures the system can accurately match the most suitable tutor.
2 Step 2
Instant Application Confirmation:
After submitting the application, the system will immediately send a notification via WhatsApp to the student and parent, including the application number and a summary of the requirements for confirm
3 Step 3
Smart Tutor Matching:The system will automatically filter and recommend several tutors who best match the criteria based on subject, location, and availability. Complete tutor profiles will be sent to the student’s and parent’s WhatsApp for selection. If no suitable tutor is found, the manual support team will assist with matching.
4 Step 4
Tutor Confirmation:Once a tutor is selected, the system will temporarily reserve the tutor’s available time slots to prevent scheduling conflicts.
5 Step 5
Course Details Negotiation:Through the platform’s customer service representative, students and parents can further discuss and confirm teaching arrangements with the tutor, such as the number of weekly sessions and fees per session.
6 Step 6
Official Matching Notification:After both parties confirm the details, the system will send an official course notification, including the class schedule and agreed fees.
7 Step 7
Contact Information:One day before the class, the platform will send a reminder along with the contact phone number of the other party (student or tutor) for direct communication.
8 Step 8
Course Record and Payment Notice:After the first session, the system will automatically send an attendance record and payment notice. (Parents must pay 100% of the first two weeks’ fees or 50% of the first month’s fees (as per the agreed cycle) to TutorZone’s designated account within 24 hours after the first session. The platform supports multiple payment methods. To ensure smooth processing, please provide proof of payment afterward. If no payment record is received, it will be considered unpaid. 9 Step 9
Post-Class Evaluation:After the session, students can rate the tutor’s teaching quality and leave written feedback. The system will use these evaluations to optimize future matching recommendations.
10 Last Step
Teaching Quality Tracking:The platform will continuously monitor teaching quality to ensure students receive an excellent tutoring experience.
