Once a student is successfully matched with a suitable tutor, a TutorZone staff member will promptly contact the parent via phone or WhatsApp to confirm the match, providing the tutor’s basic information and the details of the first lesson, including time and location. Parents are asked to verify the information to ensure accuracy.
