The tree in our school

There is a big banyan tree beside the playground of our school.
Its trunk is very thick. Three pupils have to hold hands to go round it. Its leaves are thick and green, and in summer it looks like a big umbrella.
At recess my classmates and I skip rope under the tree. The sun is strong, but it is cool under the tree.
Our teacher says trees trap dust in the air and give out oxygen, so we must take care of them.
Our class hung a sign on the tree. It says, “Please do not shake the branches.”
