If a case is accepted via WhatsApp and then cancelled, is a fee required?

If a tutor has confirmed acceptance of a case but cancels before the lesson begins and before receiving the student’s contact information, they must pay the agreed-upon first lesson fee along with a HKD 200 administrative fee. If the tutor has confirmed acceptance of a case, received the student’s contact information, but cancels before the lesson starts, they must pay the agreed-upon first two-and-a-half lessons’ fees along with a HKD 300 administrative fee. The payment must be made within 72 hours.
