Will the fee be refunded if the tutor is unsuitable?

If a tutor’s services are terminated after the first lesson, TutorZone will refund 10% of the tuition fee for the lesson as travel expenses. If the tutor’s services are terminated within the following two weeks, TutorZone will refund half of the tuition fees for the lessons attended. After service termination, the tutor must notify the organization’s staff via WhatsApp within 12 hours, or they will be required to pay the full administrative fee. If the service is terminated after two weeks, TutorZone will deduct the full administrative fee.
